Description: | Fairview Hospital in Great Barrington is hiring a Per Diem Nursing Shift Director! - Provides Administrative direction for a shift for the delivery of patient care.
- Responsible to support staff; maintain patient, family and physician satisfaction;
- Utilize resources in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and assures compliance with accrediting/regulatory agency standards, hospital and departmental policies and procedures and customer service standards.

| Requirements: | - Experience:
- Current clinical experience.
Three years of supervisory/leadership experience required.
Experience working with and directing others in a fair, consistent and respectful manner.
- Education and Training:
- Graduated from a qualified nursing program with a Baccalaureate degree (BSN preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- License, Certification & Registration:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) within one year.
- RN License as a professional nurse within MA
- BLS
- Other Requirements:
