Description:
Becks Printing is seeking a dependable, hard-working full-time employee to join our production team. This position involves operating commercial embroidery machines and heat pressing apparel for customers including businesses, schools, fire departments, and organizations. Responsibilities: Operate embroidery machines and monitor production quality Hoop garments and prepare embroidery jobs Run heat press equipment for apparel decoration Fold, sort, and package completed orders Manage customer online stores, fulfillment & shipping of orders Assist with production workflow and order organization Maintain clean and organized work areas Help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time Qualifications: Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes/apparel when needed Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic computer skills Experience with embroidery or apparel printing is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate Position Details: Full-time position Monday–Friday Competitive pay based on experience w/ benefits Friendly team environment To apply, please contact dan@becksprinting.com with your work experience and availability.
