Description: | The Recruitment Coordinator supports the full-cycle of hiring operations, including candidate sourcing, outreach strategy, interview coordination, and pipeline management. This role ensures a consistent flow of qualified candidates while maintaining organization, communication, and alignment across the hiring team. This position also oversees execution of outreach plans, hiring communications, scheduling accuracy, and recruiting workflows while supporting broader hiring initiatives and operational continuity. |
| Requirements: | Requirements - Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and candidate pipeline management
- Conduct first-round interviews weekly and coordinate second-round interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate records, outreach activity, and hiring progress in Monday.com
- Manage job postings across platforms such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter and monitor posting performance
- Proactively source candidates through databases, cold outreach, networking, and recruiting events
- Develop and execute weekly outreach plans
- Maintain timely communication with candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders
- Keep calendars updated with interviews, meetings, tasks, work schedules, and PTO
- Participate in recurring hiring meetings and ensure consistent documentation across hiring systems
- Support onboarding follow-ups, recruiting operations, and basic troubleshooting for hiring tools and systems
- Maintain awareness of recruiting budgets, expenses, and operational continuity planning
Qualifications - Previous recruiting, hiring, or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and proactive sourcing
- Experience with scheduling tools, recruiting platforms, and applicant tracking systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining accountability and ownership
Performance Expectations - Maintain consistent execution across recruiting, outreach, scheduling, and hiring operations
- Ensure all candidate and outreach activity is documented accurately and in real time
- Meet weekly expectations for interviews, sourcing, follow-up, and pipeline management
- Participate in regular check-ins to review hiring progress, outreach effectiveness, and operational needs
