Position Summary CT Management Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for properties in the Lenox, Massachusetts area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in solving problems, and has experience with snow plowing, breakdown maintenance, pool care, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Oversee and perform day-to-day maintenance and repair work for buildings, grounds, and common areas, including emergency breakdowns. Handle snow plowing, shoveling, salting, and other winter weather response to keep properties safe and accessible. Perform pool care, including routine cleaning, water testing, chemical checks, and basic equipment monitoring. Complete general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, carpentry, painting, and minor HVAC repairs. Inspect properties regularly and address preventative maintenance needs before they become larger issues. Provide friendly, respectful, and helpful service to residents, vendors, and team members at all times. Help coordinate outside contractors and ensure work is completed properly and on time.

Qualifications Experience in property maintenance, building maintenance, or a related field is preferred. Experience operating snow plow equipment and working outdoors in all seasons is strongly preferred. Knowledge of pool care and general building systems is helpful (or willingness to learn). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly to maintenance issues and emergencies. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed. Good customer service and communication skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
On-Call Requirement This position requires participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies, weather-related issues, and snow events. The Maintenance Technician must be available to respond as needed during evenings, weekends, holidays, and winter storm conditions to help ensure resident safety and property operations.
