The Branch Supervisor (Tier II) serves as a highly operational branch leader responsible for driving frontline execution, overseeing complex branch operations, supporting customer relationship growth, and delivering advanced servicing and account opening support. This role combines strong operational leadership with relationship management responsibilities — balancing teller line oversight, account opening proficiency, customer problem resolution, and coaching support to ensure the branch operates efficiently while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Branch Supervisor (Tier II) team members are expected to lead with confidence, operational discipline, urgency, and customer-centered thinking while helping strengthen both branch performance and customer relationships. Consistently and effectively manage behavior within the Bank’s established customer service standards and core values while adhering to all established Bank Policy and procedures. - Adhere to all bank policies and procedures
Operational Leadership - Oversee and coordinate daily teller line and branch operational activities.
- Lead balancing, cash oversight, recycler management, ATM/ITM processing, and night depository functions.
- Complete operational audits, reports, certifications, and control processes.
- Monitor operational workflow and assist with staffing coordination and branch coverage.
- Support branch opening and closing responsibilities.
- Ensure operational procedures are executed accurately and consistently.
Customer Relationship and Account Servicing - Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts in accordance with Bank procedures.
- Provide advanced servicing support including ownership changes, maintenance requests, and complex customer inquiries.
- Develop strong knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, digital banking, IRAs, and related services.
- Conduct consultative customer conversations focused on identifying financial needs and relationship opportunities.
- Support consumer lending conversations, referrals, and application assistance.
Leadership and Team Development - Coach frontline employees on customer conversations, operational execution, and service standards.
- Reinforce accountability, urgency, and consistency across daily operations.
- Provide hands-on operational guidance and real-time problem solving.
- Support training and development efforts for new and existing branch employees.
- Help maintain a positive, high-energy, and customer-focused branch culture.
- Required to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month, with flexibility to work additional Saturdays as needed to support branch staffing and customer service coverage.

Supervisory Scope: Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of frontline branch staff, including operational oversight, workflow management, coaching, training, and customer service execution. Provides ongoing guidance and performance feedback to support employee development, operational consistency, and relationship growth. Assists with staffing coordination, branch coverage, problem resolution, and execution of branch objectives while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, operational excellence, and customer-focused service. Education and Experience: - High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Associate degree or higher in business, finance, or related area preferred.
- Sales and customer service experience required.
- Supervisory experience required.
