Description: | The Nutrition Services Manager is responsible for the daily delivery of Meals on Wheels and Congregate Meals to all consumers in the service area. In addition, this position will recruit and place volunteers and paid staff in appropriate Nutrition Program functions as well as provide supervision to Nutrition Staff. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has direct supervisory responsibility over the Nutrition Department which includes Meals on Wheels Drivers, Meal Site Directors, the Nutritionist, Nutrition Case Worker, Nutrition Support Professional and the Nutrition Volunteer Program. This position requires evaluation and development of employees and taking timely and appropriate action with personnel in accordance with agency policies and procedures. |
| Requirements: | Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Management or related field, with one year experience in supervision OR minimum of three (3) years’ experience in client services, food service, or supervision with increasing responsibility. Core Competencies: - Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills

- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel as necessary.
