The ABI/MFP House Manager 1 is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of a group home for adults with acquired brain injuries. Responsible for training and supervising staff members. Ensure that the home is safe, clean, and comfortable at all times. Provide supports to individuals to help them live as independently as possible, maintain optimal health and are given sufficient opportunities to engage in their desired activities and interests at home and in the community. |
Min of 18 years of age. High School Diploma/GED and minimally 2 years’ experience working with individuals with development disabilities. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e., nursing). Valid US driver’s license. |
