Description:
Remote Hospital Switchboard Operator * MA residents only 12-week temporary assignment \| 2 openings \| Full-time and part-time options We are seeking two Remote Hospital Switchboard Operators for a 12-week temporary assignment. In this role, you will answer incoming calls, direct callers to the appropriate department or staff member, provide courteous, accurate service and page hospital staff as necessary. Pay is $21/HR. Available schedules Full-time, Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. Part-time, Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least 2 years of customer service experience Previous call center, medical office, or answering service experience is helpful Work-from-home technology requirements A computer running Windows 10 or 11; Macs and Chromebooks are not compatible with the required software Monitor resolution of at least 1920 × 1080 Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, with a ping of 20 ms or less A hardwired Ethernet connection for call processing; Wi-Fi cannot be used A webcam for training Applicants will need to provide a screenshot of their results from Speedtest.net.
