Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Auto Body Technician / Painter to join our growing automotive repair team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can produce high-quality repairs from start to finish.

  • Perform collision and auto body repairs on a variety of vehicles
  • Diagnose and repair structural and cosmetic damage
  • Perform panel replacement, repair, fitting, and alignment
  • Perform bodywork including dent repair, sanding, filling, and preparation
  • Prepare vehicles for paint, including masking, sanding, priming, and refinishing
  • Mix and apply automotive paint and clear coat
  • Match colors and blend adjacent panels when necessary
  • Perform quality control inspections throughout the repair process
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow manufacturer repair procedures and industry standards
  • Properly use and maintain shop equipment and tools
  • Communicate effectively with estimators and other members of the repair team

Requirements:
  • Previous professional auto body and/or automotive painting experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures
  • Ability to properly repair and prepare vehicles for refinishing
  • Experience with paint mixing, color matching, and blending preferred
  • Ability to read and understand repair estimates
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
  • I-CAR, ASE, or manufacturer certifications are a plus
