Do you enjoy working with your hands, figuring out how things work, and solving mechanical problems? We're looking for a mechanically inclined individual to join a local team as a Mechanical Assembler.

This is not your typical repetitive assembly job! You'll be working with industrial equipment that has been returned from customer locations, taking machinery apart, inspecting components, making repairs, and rebuilding equipment to meet quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Disassembling industrial machinery and equipment

  • Inspecting parts for wear, damage, and needed repairs

  • Repairing, replacing, and rebuilding mechanical components

  • Using mechanical drawings and precision measuring tools

  • Measuring components using tools such as calipers and micrometers

  • Applying basic shop math and mechanical problem-solving skills

  • Working as part of a team to ensure equipment is properly restored

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in how things work

  • Ability to read and follow mechanical drawings

  • Comfort using measuring tools and basic shop math

  • Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, equipment repair, automotive/diesel mechanics, industrial maintenance, machining, or a related field is helpful, but not required.

The Details:

  • $23/hour

  • First-shift schedule with some flexibility in hours

  • Temp-to-hire opportunity

  • Hands-on work with a variety of industrial equipment

  • Training provided for the right candidate

  • Opportunities to develop new skills and grow within the organization

If you're mechanically minded, enjoy troubleshooting, and would rather work on something different every day than spend your shift doing the same repetitive task, we'd love to hear from you!

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen.
