CUSTOMER SERVICE REP IN HOUSE

This position is an in-house customer service rep to support our sales staff and internal operations. This position involves customer relations, ordering merchandise, scheduling jobs, maintaining relationships with vendors and occasional road sales travel with field reps in the northeast corridor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a key requirement for this job, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Bachelors Degree, Google Suite Proficiency, Strong Organizational Skills, Attention to Detail, Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills. 40 hours a week, full time position. 8 am to 4:30 pm
