Description:

We are a busy property management company looking for an experienced receptionist that can step in and become productive in all the related work areas of our business. Your primary duties will be answering phones, greeting clients, processing paperwork, making appointments for our leasing or maintenance team, screening prospective tenants, working with property owners, and answering any questions they may have. You will assist in Accounts Receivable calls for late rent payments, assisting with invoice processing, and prepare mailings for our tenants. This is currently a part-time position. Hours will be 9 am to 1 pm, Monday through Friday. Pay rate: $14/hr This position might possibly be expanded to full-time in the near future.

Applicant must have a strong work ethic, be responsible, reliable, and extremely organized. Must have the ability to multi-task and be very detail-oriented. Must have very good phone skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to work with clients and customers.

Professional appearance and demeanor are essential. Must have significant computer skills and fluency in Microsoft Suite. Bookkeeping experience is a plus. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills are key. Must have great attention to detail, both written and numerical. Must work well independently and proactively. Applicants must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and hold a valid driver's license.
