Senior Financial Operations Analyst
The Operations Financial Analyst participates in improvement initiatives, advises senior administrators regarding financial performance in departments and services and teaches managers to use business information for evaluating efficiency. This individual generates, organizes, analyzes, and tracks business information to evaluate effectiveness of efficiency planning.
In depth understanding of healthcare industry and issues gained through 2 or more years’ experience in either hospital operations, financial analysis and/or systems improvement required.
Education and Training:
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or related field required with experience in report development, operation analysis, and exposure to the healthcare field.
License, Certification & Registration:
Positive outlook with energy and enthusiasm necessary to assist others with change.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Ability to utilize technology in an effort to utilize time most effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills with evidence of ability to work as a member of a team.
Excellent communication/presentation skills required to generate interest and enthusiasm regarding initiatives.
