The Administrative Support Manager will perform a wide variety of administrative functions in support of the Boys & Girls Club of the Berkshires. The position requires proficiency in the full range of general office services and functions as well as knowledge of the services and programs offered by the Club.
Responsbilities
· Create and prepare reports, mass emails and flyers
· Complete and submit contracts with vendors
· Billing for programs
· Perform reception duties, answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide Club and program information.
· Perform clerical duties, maintain files, and organize documents, photocopy, fax, sort mail, etc. as needed.
· Work with program staff to create up-to-date daily & monthly calendars
· Maintain multiple databases
· Create letters and other mailings as needed
· Assist with program/event logistics as needed, includes preparing event programs, ordering plaques, assisting with event set up
· Assist parents with registration by phone and in-person
· Open registration for programs on our website
· Maintain the website ensuring it has the most up-to-date information at all times
· Order office supplies
· All other administrative duties as assigned
