New Hire Bonus Details Below Description

BFAIR is seeking a part-time Employment Coach to join our team. This position is 24 hours per week, 1st Shift Monday, Wednesday & Friday

The Employment Coach is responsible for providing comprehensive supports to individuals including accessing and maintaining employment within the community.  Provide workplace assistance to individuals so they can grow and meet personal goals, earn a living wage, and experience all other benefits associated with employment.

Min of 18 years of age.  High School Diploma/GED or one year experience in a related field, must possess basic math (addition/subtraction) skills, ability to read & write, communicate effectively both verbally and written, ability to multi-task and exercise good judgement. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e. nursing).  Valid US driver’s license and ready access to a vehicle.

Hiring Bonus:

All Part-Time staff hired would be eligible for a $1,000 hiring bonus

Method of Distribution**: (to be paid the subsequent payroll of the defined measurement periods)

  • $250 upon successful 90-day evaluation from date of hire
  • $750 upon successful 1year evaluation from date of hire

** Staff must be in good standing to receive bonus distribution and actively working.

Must be hired by 10/31/2021 to be eligible.  Management reserves the right to end or extend program based on funding and needs of the program(s) at any time.
