Williams College is enthusiastically accepting applications for the Major Giving Coordinator in Development. Working as part of a lively team, the coordinator will collaborate often with colleagues throughout the Office of College Relations and the College at large in addition to external constituents including at least vendors and prospective donors. We’re seeking someone eager to bring their enthusiasm to the important work of engaging alumni and parent donors and securing their support for the college. The successful candidate will enjoy close working relationships, detail-oriented paperwork, logistical event planning, time-bound tasks, and occasional autonomous research projects, all in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Your primary role will be to support your team by booking travel, scheduling meetings, keeping the database updated, reconciling credit cards, travel reimbursements and invoices and regularly generating thank you notes. You will help plan the logistical end of on and off campus events along with virtual events. The successful candidate will also bring a can-do attitude to a team of people who like to get things done alongside deep warmth and kindness to a highly devoted alumni and parent population.
This role is eligible to work remotely up to two days per week from locations in MA, CT, NY, or VT – Subject to review and revision as policy evolves, as well as supervisor discretion.
Qualifications
Application review will begin on January 31, 2023, and will continue until the position is filled. Pay range is from $18 to $22 per hour, commensurate with experience. Job band 18.
