Contracts Manager
To Commensurate With Experience

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the complete Contract Life Cycle in support of prospective and active government contracts and sales agreements.  Key responsibilities include ensuring that Lenco is in compliance with FAR and DFAR terms and conditions, executing contract change management and monitoring contract performance.


·         Monitor and ensure compliance with US and international government contracts

·         Assist in the management of GSA, HIRE and Municipal Bids processing

·         Bid submission review, evaluation and approval, identifying any potential compliance issues

·         Manage ITAR (International Traffic In Arms Regulations compliance)

o    Must maintain “Empowered Official” Status

·         Review and negotiate terms and conditions during the Pre- and Post-award stages of the acquisition and procurement process

·         Lead Contract Change Management

·         Review contract in partnership with Government Sales Manager and Sales Administration

·         Monitor contract performance and requirements, communicating and coordinating all requirements

·         Coordinate with Supply Chain to facilitate domestic and international freight arrangements

·         Work with VP of Finance to ensure Compliance, Conditions and Payment Terms for all letters of credit

·         Coordinates inspection and acceptance of vehicles prior to shipping to customers or conventions

·         Serve as ITPSO (Insider Threat Program Senior Official)

·         Undertake relevant training and development as required

·         Coordinates travel arrangements for shows and seminars for participating Lenco employees

·         Maintains reports on monthly armor schedule; sales forecast; weekly vehicle build schedule



·         Adhere to and carry out existing work practices, procedures and policies

·         Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate

·         Understand and comply with safety and environmental policies

·         Exercises discretion and individual judgement with respect to Company matters

·         Other duties as assigned


·         Minimum of 3 years’ experience


·         BA in Business or related field


·         Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate and articulate business goals, company policies, term and conditions.

·         Basic accounting experience

·         Excellent Communication skills

·         Ability to work with a diverse customer base

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

·         Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while maintaining scheduled deadlines

·         Excellent listening skills
