Employee and customer focused savings bank is looking for a Branch Manager for our Lee branch. We are looking for a Branch Manager who can manage staff and foster a corporate culture of excellence. We are seeking a high impact, hands on Branch Manager to lead our branch in the sales effort. Management and business development skills required.  Candidates MUST have the ability to motivate and promote a team environment, train and develop a team of high-performing internal salespeople, as well as maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism with internal and external customers.

Knowledge of deposit and loan products and services are required. If this description depicts your abilities, we know that you will be working with people who are passionate about what they do, committed to excellence, and know how to have fun coming to work each day.

Our ideal candidate will have:

4 or more years experience in banking.
An Associate’s degree or higher in business, finance or related areas.
Experience with banking regulations, laws and the Bank’s policies and procedures.
Management experience.
Sales and customer service experience.
Supervisory skills.

You must have the ability to perform the opening and closing routine of the branch on a daily basis.

You must be able to pass a background and credit check.
