Responsibilities:

  • Perform State Inspections in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Read and follow work orders.
  • Follow production schedule and T&M Policies.
  • Work in harmony with all T&M staff.
  • Communicate and work closely with administrative staff

  • Diagnosing and repairing vehicles’ problems accurately and efficiently in accordance with dealership and factory standards
  • Completing maintenance tasks on vehicles in accordance with dealership and factory standards
  • Maintaining an effective working relationship with customers
  • Communicating progress of repairs to service advisors and the parts department
  • Adhering to all safety regulations

Responsibilities:

  • Run electrical wiring using in-house built and prebuilt wiring harnesses.
  • Install all interior and exterior lighting following work orders and Lenco standards. 
  • Install exterior electronics such as thermal cameras, 360 camera systems, sirens etc.
  • Install exterior components such as ballistic glass, bumpers, hitches, roof turrets, gun ports, winches etc. 
  • Install interior components such as seats, cabinets, benches, carpets etc.
  • Suspension component installation and adjustment as necessary
  • HVAC installation and service, both OEM and aftermarket
  • Adhere to and carry out existing work practices, procedures and policies
  • Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate
  • Understand and comply with safety and environmental policies
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Responsibilities:

  • Run electrical wiring using in-house built and prebuilt wiring harnesses.
  • Integrate and install OEM wiring harnesses in Bearcat.
  • Prep and install component assembly such as switch panels, fuse boards and relay panels.
  • Install exterior electronics such as thermal cameras, 360 camera systems, sirens etc.
  • Install interior electronics such as lights, monitors, radios etc.
  • Vehicle OEM 12-volt diagnosis and repair
  • Adhere to existing work practices, procedures, and policies.
  • Understand and comply with safety and environmental policies.
  • Must own mechanics tool set in accordance to Lenco standard tool list.
