Responsibilities:

  • Cleans offices, rooms, corridors and other spaces in campus buildings by following proper cleaning techniques and procedures in order to assure appropriate cleanliness safety standards.
  • Cleans carpets, waxes, polishes and buffs floors; maintains equipment associated with these cleaning functions.
  • Washes windows, woodwork, toilets, lavatories, washrooms and fixtures, appliances, dusts and polishes furniture.
  • Empties and cleans waste barrels, garbage cans and other waste and trash receptacles; transports waste to dumpster and maintains area surrounding dumpster.
