Job Description:
Bedard Brothers Auto Sales, Inc. is now hiring extremely talented and professional Business Development Representatives responsible for sales and service (inbound/outbound) calls and communicating with prospects and customers to schedule appointments (via text, email, or socail media as assigned). Follow-up with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved while generating leads and making appointments.
Essential Functions:
- Completes inbound and outbound calls focused on lead generation activities for new, used car and service drive marketing programs.
- Additional outbound calls include but are not limited to safety recalls, recommended services, special order parts, state inspections, etc.
- Respond to inbound internet leads in a timely manner by text, phone, email and social media.
- Schedule and confirm all sales appointments.
-Assists with answering customer inquiries and problems by routing to customer to the appropriate department or contact.
-Conducts telephone correspondence courteously and promptly.

•Flexibility to work alternating Saturdays with a day off during the week. Closed on Sundays.
