Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients—answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, calm under pressure, and passionate about helping others. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, empathy, and a customer-first mindset. This hybrid position is crucial in driving our business growth and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers with booking sessions, accessing galleries, placing orders, and understanding products
  • Provide product guidance and support throughout the post-session experience
  • Resolve customer concerns with care, clarity, and efficiency
  • Communicate order timelines, shipping updates, and troubleshooting steps
  • Accurately document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Uphold company standards for empathy, professionalism, and service excellence.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or client-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm, kind, and solution-oriented in high-volume environments
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms and customer service software (e.g. Monday.com)
  • Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot basic customer issues related to online galleries or digital products
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends or holidays if needed
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
  • Passion for photography and understanding of the industry is a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish) or other language is also plus!
