Elizabeth Freeman Center, Inc. seeks a passionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide 12–15 hours per week of clinical supervision to EFC staff. This role will help ensure that staff are well supported and that survivors receive exceptional, holistic, accessible, confidential, and trauma-informed counseling and advocacy services. Depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and organizational needs, this role may be expanded into additional hours or a full-time position.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Assist to ensure all direct-service staff meet the DPH standard of required supervision (1 hour for every 20 hours of direct client contact)
- Provide regular clinical supervision and support for direct service counselor/advocates
- Facilitate the learning of staff regarding trauma, mental health, attachment and addiction
- Monitor record keeping and compliance with confidentiality requirements
- Provide support to staff with urgent needs relating to emergency interventions, including suicide risks assessments, mandated reporting consultations and assistance with de-escalation, in a timely manner
- Participate in regular meetings with program manager and management team to facilitate communication across programs.
Compensation and benefits: This position has a range of $40 to $50 per hour depending on licensure, experience, and qualifications. This is a 12 to 15 hour per week part-time position and is not eligible for benefits through EFC.
