Shift Options:

  • Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (includes differential pay)

Responsibility summary:

Resident Assistant will assist elderly people who are functionally, physically, and or socially impaired and need 24-hour oversight. The Resident Assistant’s role is to assist residents with those activities of daily living that they are unable to perform without help, always fostering residents’ independence and freedom of choice.

Requirements: 

  • Graduate of accredited state nursing aide training program
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant certification
  • CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required
