As an Advanced Systems Engineer for Strategic Weapon Control, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for coordinating development of a subsystem upgrade to a submarine Fire Control System.

- Fire Control Systems (FCS) experience
- System requirements; documentation management, testing, verification, and validation
- Systems Design and Developement including Hardware and software integration; planning, testing, troubleshooting, and report generation
- Engineering leadership; excellent communication and presentation skills, cross-discipline engineering knowledge, design review package generation, and developing customer intimacy
- Introducing and managing modernization technical initatives by integrating complex technical scope across a team with varying technical goals
- Generating white papers for informing the strategic community about the introduction of new technologies
- Mentoring engineering leaders across technical and project management topics

Workplace Options:
This position is fully on-site with the option to 'flex' in the future. While on-site, you will be a part of the Building 130 facility in Pittsfield, MA. We are not offering a relocation package at this time.
