As the Administrative Assistant, you will contribute to the success of the Northern Berkshire United Way office by providing professional assistance through various channels, including phone, mail, and email. Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and other team members as needed, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.
Maintain agency donations and pledges in the fundraising database.
Basic office management and tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies. Answer telephone, type routine correspondence and other materials, and run basic daily errands.
Manage and maintain files, records, and databases, both electronic and hard copy.
