Occupational Therapist – Temporary (16 weeks) Part Time - Day Shif

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Primary Function
  • Evaluates, directs, plans, and provides treatments for patients with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence.
  • Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical record to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies
• Position Qualifications
  • Experience
    • Minimum of two-year experience preferred. Entry-level acceptable.
  • Education and Training
    • Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
    • Ability to comprehend and write the English language
  • License, Certification & Registration
    • MAOT - MA OT License
• Other Requirements
  • Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prostheses that will enable these senses to function adequately so the requirements of the position can be fully met
