Fairview Hospital in Great Barrington is hiring a Per Diem Nursing Shift Director!

• Provides Administrative direction for a shift for the delivery of patient care. 
• Responsible to support staff; maintain patient, family and physician satisfaction;
• Utilize resources in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and assures compliance with accrediting/regulatory agency standards, hospital and departmental policies and procedures and customer service standards.

• Experience:
  • Current clinical experience.
    Three years of supervisory/leadership experience required.
    Experience working with and directing others in a fair, consistent and respectful manner.
• Education and Training:
  • Graduated from a qualified nursing program with a Baccalaureate degree (BSN preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• License, Certification & Registration:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) within one year.
  • RN License as a professional nurse within MA
  • BLS
