Full-Time Position

This is a W2 position with 25 clinical hours per week. We believe in compensating our clinicians fairly and transparently, so here's what that looks like:

Pay & Compensation | Starting at $50 per clinical hour for licensed clinicians and $45 per clinical hour for pre-licensed clinicians, depending on experience — plus a $20/hour admin rate. And yes, you're compensated for late cancellations and no-shows, because your time matters whether or not a client shows up.

Benefits | We cover 50% of your Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance premium, match your 401(k) at 4%, and provide 3 weeks of PTO plus 5 paid holidays each year.
