Sheffield Pottery is seeking a reliable and hard-working individual to join our production team as a Clay Mixer & Packer. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and packaging moist ceramic clay using industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment. No prior experience is necessary—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate clay mixing machinery to produce consistent, high-quality moist clay
Monitor and adjust equipment settings to maintain proper moisture and texture
Package finished clay into bags, boxes, and/or pallets for shipping or storage
Use forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials (training provided)
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of production equipment
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
