What You’ll Do:

• Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance across resort properties
• Handle basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks
• Open and close buildings and test/maintain pools and hot tubs
• Support seasonal cleanup tasks—shoveling snow in winter, raking and mulching in spring
• Help set up/break down event spaces and assist guests as needed
• Safely operate machinery and maintain equipment
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet high standards for guest and owner satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• A reliable, punctual individual with a strong work ethic
• Someone flexible and available for weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Experience with tools, maintenance, or trades is a plus
