Day Services Relief - BFAIR - North Adams

The Day Services Relief position is responsible for providing direct care relief in Day Habilitation, Community Based Day, or Employment services depending on the need each day.  This position is a direct service role that assists individuals with developmental disabilities with skills training including independent living skills, communication, behavior, and affective development; sensory-motor, social development, and self-help as prescribed in each member’s Day Habilitation Service Plan or Individual Service Plan dependent on the assigned location.

Min of 18 years of age. High School Diploma/GED must possess basic math (addition/subtraction) skills, ability to read & write, communicate effectively both verbally and written, ability to multi-task and exercise good judgement. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e., nursing). Valid US driver’s license and ready access to a vehicle.
