New Position!  The RIDM is responsible for assisting the Directors, Assistant Directors, and House Managers to manage tracking, scanning and keeping all medical documentation and protocols up to date. This position will also assist the people we support to develop and strengthen their ties within the community.  Facilitate and enhance the community connection process through assistance with communication needs and expressed preferences regarding activities, lifestyles, routines, etc. The Residential Health and Integration Specialist will provide staff trainings regarding community integration as needed.

  

High school diploma or GED. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e. nursing).  Valid US driver’s license and ready access to a vehicle.
