BFAIR is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Services team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This full-time position is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on recruitment, onboarding, and supporting employees throughout their employment.  

Associate degree required, bachelor’s preferred.  HRCI or SHRM certification preferred.  Min 2 years’ experience recruiting or human resources.  Hybrid work arrangement available. Annual salary range: $60k - $64k  AA/EOE
