A temporary position as a Dishwasher is available. Schedule will be based on the needs of the department.

Review of resumes will begin immediately, and continue until the position is filled.


Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize the dish machine
  • Clean and sanitize dishware, utensils and cooking equipment
  • Dispose of food waste, recyclable materials, and sanitize all receptacles
  • Assist in maintaining safe and sanitary food production areas
  • Sanitize kitchen areas, serving lines, dish storage areas and mop rooms, as well as maintaining clean and orderly recycling areas
  • Carry out closing procedures as well as handling other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Kitchen experience and general knowledge of food service is preferred
  • Ability to relate to customers and staff in a professional and effective manner is essential
  • Ability to work without immediate supervision
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy items and bending is required
