Williams College Human Resources seeks an energetic, collaborative, and process oriented professional to serve as a key member of the department’s management team. Reporting to the Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Systems, the Assistant Director for Benefits and Wellbeing oversees the development, implementation, and administration employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives for approximately 1,300 faculty, staff, and retirees. The Assistant Director will also have the opportunity to serve as a member of the HR team for our upcoming enterprise systems implementation that will support the dynamic needs of our campus.
This is a highly collaborative role that aims to distill complex concepts, analyze trends, advance departmental goals, and present materials in a relevant manner for planning purposes related to Open Enrollment, the Benefits Committee, Wellness Committee, and the Retirement Governance Committee.
