Students' items are left in their rooms, and the Housing team works with an off-campus partner to move them to long-term storage. Before the students return to campus, the items are returned to the students' next room. Seasons for these operations occur mostly during business hours in our high-demand times of the year, including but not limited to late January, mid-May - early June, August, and mid-December. Schedules are subject to change based on the needs of the department.
