Part-time Dispatchers are responsible for receiving emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching police, fire and EMS units, and providing excellent service to the community.

Duties may include administrative tasks, customer service, and cell watch.

Schedule subject to change due to staffing needs.

Part-time hours include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Valid driver's license

At least 18 years of age

No felony convictions

Able to pass an extensive background investigation and all training and certifications

Training and certifications required by MA 911 and the department
