Terpsichore Dance Center is seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Studio Operations Coordinator to become an important part of our team. For over 50 years, we've been committed to providing an exceptional dance experience for children and families throughout Berkshire County, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist families with professionalism and kindness
- Manage emails, phone calls, registrations, scheduling, and student accounts
- Communicate important information with families and staff
- Organize office systems and maintain accurate records
- Assist with social media and studio communications
- Support studio events and help ensure daily operations run smoothly
- Handle confidential information with professionalism

Position Details
- Part-Time (up to 30 hours per week)
- Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- $18–24/hour, based on experience
