Wet Water Pools is hiring an experienced Swimming Pool Technician to join our team for the upcoming season. This is a hands-on, outdoor role for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and knows their way around pool systems and water chemistry.

If you’ve worked in the pool industry before and can operate independently, we want to talk.

Responsibilities

  • Perform pool openings and closings (above-ground and inground)
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment issues
  • Maintain proper water chemistry (chlorine/salt systems, pH, alkalinity, etc.)
  • Vacuum, skim, brush, and clean pools as needed
  • Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before they become major issues
  • Communicate clearly with customers when needed
  • Keep accurate service notes and reports
  • Prior experience as a pool technician (this is not an entry-level role)
  • Strong understanding of pool systems, equipment, and water chemistry
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all summer conditions
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
