Maintenance Groundskeeper - Patriot Car Washes - Berkshire County

We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness,
safety, and appearance of our car wash property. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who
enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, and can work
independently.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and tidy property, including parking lot, vacuum areas, trash bins, and
  landscaped areas
• Pick up litter, empty trash cans, and remove debris from the grounds
• Clean vacuum stations and ensure hoses and equipment are functioning properly
• Monitor for any safety hazards and report or address them as needed
• Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., hosing down areas, changing trash liners, light
  cleaning)
• Assist with snow removal or de-icing in winter months (as needed)
• Support the management

Requirements:

• Drivers license required
• Must be reliable and able to work independently
• Able to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions

Prior experience in groundskeeping or maintenance is a plus, but not required
