• Previous experience in parts, retail, or customer service preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude (knowledge of lawn & garden and/or compact equipment is a plus)
• Comfortable using computers and parts lookup systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
