Join our team and play a vital role in delivering nutritious meals to the community.

Hours: 

Monday thru Friday from 8:00 to 1:00

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and operate the automatic tray sealing machine for daily meal service
  • Prepare and organize workstations with necessary supplies (bags, labels, meal stickers)
  • Verify kitchen production reports in collaboration with the Nutrition Clerk
  • Accurately count, sort, and pack meals for distribution and delivery routes
  • Assemble daily meal bags, including bread, milk, and desserts
  • Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed
  • Monitor and maintain meal packing equipment
  • Follow all sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety standards
  • Receive and organize food and supply deliveries
  • Maintain punctual attendance and adhere to agency policies
  • Support additional duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation practices
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic

Preferred:

  • ServSafe or food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
