Berkshire County Arc is a non-profit, tax exempt, human services organization which offers a broad range of community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and autism. Berkshire County Arc’s programs are located throughout Berkshire and Hampden Counties in Massachusetts.

High School or Equivalent
Key job responsibilities:
-Provide effective training of individuals by conducting assessments, developing goals, proactively assisting individuals to accel at their jobs, etc.
-Assist in the job development and job placement process, to ensure successful employment for individuals Participate in conferences, workshops, and other in-service training.
-Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Employment Services.
-BA and one year of experience preferred or 5 years of relevant expereince.
-First Aid & CPR certification preferred or will provide paid training.
-Valid drivers license
