Sous Chef needed for Concession and production kitchen, possible support for bush restaurant kitchens as well in winter months.  Candidate works closely with Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director. Facility is very busy in the winter season and peak summer season. Great place to work, Resort and Company benefits included.

On the job experience of three years or more OR an associate or higher degree in culinary arts and two years or more of practical experience DESIRED. We are willing to consider different qualifications.
