Pine Cobble School is seeking a creative, energetic, and experienced Guitar Art Instructor for our upcoming Guitar Immersion Camp. This position is ideal for an educator or working artist who thrives on inspiring young minds and fostering a dynamic, hands-on studio environment.

Qualifications & Skills
Musical Proficiency: Strong technical proficiency in playing guitar, with a solid grasp of core foundations including single notes, basic notation, tablature, and open chords across multiple genres (e.g., rock, folk, blues).
Teaching Experience: Prior experience teaching guitar or music to children, ideally within the 9–14 age range, in a school, camp, private lesson, or community studio setting.
Ensemble & Arrangement Skills: Ability to arrange multi-part songs and facilitate group rehearsals that comfortably accommodate varying skill levels, from absolute beginners to intermediate players.
Equipment & Tech Literacy: Familiarity with setting up and troubleshooting basic guitar equipment (such as electric guitars and small amplifiers), as well as guiding students to safely use online practice tools and digital music resources.
Classroom Management: Excellent instructional and classroom management skills, with the ability to maintain structure, keep engagement high, and direct students toward a successful final showcase performance.
Personal Attributes: High levels of patience, enthusiasm, and a supportive, collaborative spirit suitable for a fast-paced camp environment
