Job Summary:
The Auto Body Technician will be responsible for the final preparation, surfacing, and/or painting the vehicles, ensuring the exterior meets durability requirements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare armor surfaces for paint (sanding, filling, masking, and cleaning)
  • Repair minor imperfections in metal and body panels to ensure a smooth finish
  • Apply sealants, primers, and coatings according to engineering specifications
  • Mask specific areas, tires, and sensitive components prior to coating
  • Inspect surfaces for defects before and after the priming process
  • Maintain finishing tools and equipment in a clean, working condition

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in auto body repair or industrial finishing
  • High attention to detail regarding surface quality and preparation
  • Experience using pneumatic sanders, spray guns, and hand tools
  • Ability to work with primers, sealants, and various industrial chemicals
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
