Manage Housing Authority resources to ensure safe, decent, and sanitary properties; ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, policies and Fair Housing guidelines. This position is responsible for the day to day operation of all Public Housing properties to include applications, leasing, lease enforcement, inspections, collections and participation in budget and cost monitoring and maintenance of the property.

Three years property management experience required. HUD experience preferred. Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required. Equal Opportunity Employer. Section 3 participants encouraged.
