We are a growing plumbing company looking for a professional and friendly Customer Service Representative / Service Coordinator to be the voice of our business. You will handle incoming customer calls, schedule service appointments, and support our technicians by keeping jobs organized and customers informed.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with plumbing service requests
Schedule, confirm, and update service appointments
Gather accurate information about plumbing issues and enter details into the system
Dispatch technicians and coordinate schedules efficiently
Communicate job updates, arrival times, and follow-ups with customers
Handle billing questions, payments, and basic invoicing support
Maintain accurate customer and job records
Provide excellent customer service in urgent or high-stress situations
General office duties such as filing and mailings
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or dispatch experience preferred
Experience in plumbing or home services is a plus (but not required)
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (scheduling software, email, CRM systems)
Reliable, punctual, and professional
