Embroidery & Heat Press Production Associate

Becks Printing is seeking a dependable, hard-working full-time employee to join our production team. This position involves operating commercial embroidery machines and heat pressing apparel for customers including businesses, schools, fire departments, and organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate embroidery machines and monitor production quality
  • Hoop garments and prepare embroidery jobs
  • Run heat press equipment for apparel decoration
  • Fold, sort, and package completed orders
  • Manage customer online stores, fulfillment & shipping of orders
  • Assist with production workflow and order organization
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes/apparel when needed
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience with embroidery or apparel printing is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
